first,After-sales service time:
Calculated from the date of installation of the user (calculated from the date of manufacture, plus 15 working days as logistics time and user installation time)
               1, standard version / exclusive version of the series of products: 12 months for the B is responsible for warranty / replacement services (of which the parts motor warranty 24 months).
               2. Engineering version series products: Party B is responsible for warranty/replacement service within 36 months.
               (Remarks) The product warranty service (maintenance/replacement) is limited to the product entity, and some peripheral accessories and consumables are not covered by the warranty/replacement (such as cleaners, brushes for functional brush parts, etc.)

Second, the relevant provisions of after-sales service
               1. The company's products are maintained free of charge within the company's promised validity period, and overdue collection of repair parts factory expenses
               2. According to the "Consumer Protection Law" of the country, the warranty period for the purchase of goods by the user shall be calculated from the time when the user purchased the goods.
               3. If the company discontinues the model product, under the premise that it cannot provide the same model product for warranty or replacement, Party A has the right to rework the product to update or upgrade the product for warranty repair or replacement of parts.
               4. The return shipping cost of the repaired products in the normal warranty scope shall be subject to the respective shipping charges in accordance with the method of “shipping party shipping charges”.
               5. When the defective product is returned, the relevant accessories must be complete, no one is/the old one, otherwise Party A will collect the relevant expenses.

Third, abnormal service range
               1. Failure caused by other non-company's accessory products. (such as cleaners, brushes for functional brush parts, etc.)
               2. Damage due to human reasons or changes in external conditions (such as the control of the surface chassis, rails and other wear).
               3. The product problem is caused by incorrect use, improper installation, and other issues.
